    Am I a victim of foul play or incompetence? LOL.

    Just removed one today... I had pulled the whole fixture out of the dead 813a during salvage operations... Clamped the block in a vise, and got the 2" strap wrench set up. 1/2" ratchet, and 30" pipe got it off, but the can didn't survive unscathed, and it took a pretty good pull out at the end...

    Brakes are solid on my 116, so that's good to hear. I do need to pick up some chocks. The rocks I'm using currently certianly will do the job, but they are less pleasant to move around... And yea, bolts are a must. Can't go anywhere with the chains currently, but it would pound on the deck...

    When you load up a diesel, it's going to smoke somewhat. If it's kinda a gray haze I usually think it's happy. If you start rolling coal, then you have to figure out what's going on. Can't watch vid where I am to see what you've got.

    I will tell you, that when your choice is no heat and power, or sleeping next to a 1600 watt 3600 rpm Winco with a rotted out muffler, you sleep just fine with it running. I doubt I'd even notice the 802a.
