haha kinda but not exactly. "doesn't function" is what he was saying in regards to the d/f. The bit about do not repair was in reference to the stencil lettering of "C/C F". definitely good information.

Anyone know what it means when D/F is spray painted on the hoods? I've seen this a few times tried google, and the search on this forum but still no closer to an answer. Here's a few pictures of different trucks with that painted on them. please help me figure this out. Thanks.
