I used 40 weight for the transmission so it’s very difficult to tell what is leaking exactly, engine or transmission. From the looks if it, it appears to be from the transmission. I will get some UV due to confirm the source soon.

Hello, can can anyone tell me if 4-3/8" 8 sided, and a 4-7/8" 8 sided are the correct sizes for the wheel bearing axle nuts on an M54a2 truck? I have searched around and I believe this is correct, but would like confirmation if possible.

Maybe it’s just an LDS-5ton thing? As long as I don’t have a blown head gasket, I’m good. My experience is with WW2 vintage. This is my first ‘modern’ truck. Pretty excited to get it going.
