Muffler worked great! Super quiet compared to what it was

Managed to get some use out of it! Drove over a considerable amount of small trees, takes abit of room to turn around. Half way through my adventure the alternator guage bucked up into the green and has been there ever since.

My goodness! An alternator replacement should not require an engine crane! I wonder why it is so large in comparison to the ones built today..

The 90⁰ elbow is cracked

Just have this cracked fitting left to replace.. anyone know of a part number or what it is called?

All in I'm sitting at about 30k canadian, including delivery. I've seen side by sides for sale for about the same. Would sure be nice to find some work for this beast though I did get contacted from a producer in Vancouver, he wanted to use it to shoot a music video or something lol

The mechanic did say, that these HD boots were much thicker than the stock boots that were on it. Buy once, cry once, was my plan for the boots. I knew it was going to be an ugly job and I didn't want any part of it.

Shop bill was just shy of $2000.. had the frontend disassembled, ungreased and regreased with fresh boots and guards. Before I got the bill, I talked with the Mechanic. He said, never again, had to take everything apart, and sooo much grease.

I did use some tire protector although it was too late for some of them. I never understood why people used that stuff, until I owned a deuce. I usually go through rubber so fast it's always been a non issue. I thought tire cleaners were for looks... now I know

Yea I am aware of the cracks. I have 2 newer rubbers I will get put on the front here one day. All the old timers around here tell me it's not a big deal... but I don't like the cracks either!
