A little while ago, the line wire to the low-air alarm came into contact with the display board burning out several of the circuits. The board was repaired, but some lights still do not illuminate. Any ideas?

As noted, the numbers on the metal bands are TL160, TL161, and TL178. They are behind the dash. It is a three-wire bundle. One of the wires is taped off, not by me. I don't know why. I do not see them in the manual or on the wiring diagram.
I honestly have no idea how to read these, but maybe it is the "To 6/139 Trailer ABS Indicator" and the "From Sheet 6/140".
Where am I supposed to look for the wire labels?
I have three wires, tl160 tl161 tl178, that I am trying to work out where they go.
