    Thanks for the responses. Update I was missing the brush that mounts on the steering column tube. I found a horn repair kit on eBay and now the thing toots like it should.

    Does anyone knows where to find the part on the steering column that the horn wires plug into. I’m going to assume that it is a relay of some sort.
