Thanks for the heads up, I just realized that last night and ordered new CDR valves and the associated hoses (while im in there might as well go for new!) for both trucks today. Luckily I've only run one truck for about 5 minutes and the second for about 30 seconds so far (needs a fuel tank).

Your layer height will make a bigger difference in quality than the nozzle size. Going up in nozzle size will also increase part strength as you will be getting thicker layers. If you are using standard filaments (not fiber filled, glow in dark, etc) you shouldn't have clogging problems with a...
