Thanks for the info Skinny I'm originally from Houlton nice to hear from a MANIC.

I see that the lift pump was replaced with the in tank mod sometime before I got the truck so hopefully that rules out the lift pump.
The scan tool and DTC? are you talking about the codes and check eng light? I'll check it again but I didn't see any stored codes.
On my way to work...
Looking for some info so I can diagnose a power problem I'm having in a dodge ram 3500 I think it's the same motor and transmission that was in the AF tugs on the flight line?
Ever once in a while if you back off the fuel when your just driving around you will loose all power no RPMs, no power...
I finished putting it together and it's running . I let run up to high idle kicked down and I don't see any leaks.
It's ready to go back in the woods:driver:
thank you
I just installed a rebuilt IP and can't get the injector line's to bleed.
I've got fuel to the back of the IP (electric fuel pump ) and I see fuel in the return line when I unhook it from the IP but can't get any out to the line's. I have all eight lines loose at the injectors so I can bleed...
nice job looks and sounds great.
you've inspired me to do one of mine .
one ? when you reinstalled the ip lines to the pump what did you use to get them tight? just a open end wrench or do I need a crows foot ?
Wallew
When you installed the elect pump did you bypass the mech pump or let it run through it?
My 09 is starting hard so i'm getting ready to put on a spin on filter an a elect pump.
What offset are you using for your rims? Will the stock 3 3/4" offset work or should I be looking for new rims. I'm trying to put 35" tires without a lift I like the look of the full wheel well. no rock climbing just mud and snow.:?:
If you already have the inside panel off? There is a rod that the glass hits and pushes down (when you can roll the window down) Just push it down and you will be able to open the gate. BE CAREFUL YOU NEED TO SUPPORT THE GLASS WITH THE GATE OPEN AND THE GLASS OUT DON'T BRAKE THE GLASS !
Sounds like the same thing that happen to me when I replaced my lines to the tank .
I some how kinked the line when I reinstalled the tank and ending up restricting the fuel flow. I would first look at your new lines and make sure they are not kinked or leaking air in to the system.:grd:
Quick question
When i got my truck the rear window was in the back seat. Now I need to install it so I got some new wipes inter and outer from lmc, So when I start to install it do i put the wipes in first then try to slide the glass in between them or do you put in the glass then install the...
I just got my shipment from LMC Looks nice just a little stiff but workable. Not enough sound deadening in kit only covered the very front [under your feet]. I went to Lowes got some carpet backing and put it down in the back looks nice. should get the carpet down tomorrow I'll get so pic's then.
Had the same prolbem . Try draining the filter.
There is a black nut with rubber hose on it open it 1/2 to1 trun with truck running. let it drain about a pint. May have to do it a couple of times over a next day or two.
Thats what worked for me. Sorry no pic's
