WOW! I must say I am jealous. My buddy an I have just started our overhaul process and I think we share alot of the same ideas. We are planing on doing only about half as much as you have but would love to have some of your input along the way. If you don't mind I would like to PM you and...
Thanks for all the input. Yea the truck was sold to us in "perfect running order" from the seller. They also stated they themselves had checked and topped off all fluids, I guess I should have checked this out for myself. I figured that we were buying the truck from an automotive shop in town...
We just got a M35 that perviously had a winch, the winch was removed by the seller for his other truck. We now need a new trans because no gear oil or in the trans. Just wanted to know if this would be due to the removal of the winch and a failure to replace oil.
When you remove the clucth to place on another truck would you need to replace the oil in the trans of the truck the winch is comming off of? I have looked at old forms and can't find anything. Thanks
Is there a way to get the parking lights to stay on when you have the headlights on? Also has anyone added more lights for off roading,if so lets see some pics.
Unforgiven you took the words right out of my mouth. I am looking to paint my truck as well, where do you get that tan carc paint in the civilian world? If anyone has done a full repaint about how many gallons were needed. We have a sprayer and were told that it would not need sanded everywhere...
I have recently picked up a 67 M35a2 last week. I want to restore and add some upgrades. Looking to change to a super single and add heater and or power steering. Not sure what kind of rubber works best with these trucks and if the power steering is worth it? Thanks in advance for any advice.:-D
