The last time I was up in Morgantown for a football game, we parked downtown in a parking garage at the Police Station (which my father worked on designing). Parked out in the side parking lot was a nice looking M-725 (ambulance body right?) It was pretty cool to see, my wife rolled her eyes...

Also of note in the above picture of the North Carolina is the Coast Guard's "Dilligence". It calls Wilmington home and spends time combatting drug runners in the Caribbean.

A PT cruiser.......honestly.....who would go out in a storm like that. Everybody should pay attention to their weather forecast in the Eastern part of the country...some of the forecast models are pointing at a huge storm early next week.
Mike, thanks for all of your hard work. Most everybody seems to be understanding! I am learning all of the ins and outs.....but thanks again to you! You are a great ambassador of this hobby to all of us!

Maybe some of the California folks can chime in here, but you might not need a flasher unit. I think it is state law in California that Police Vehicles must show a steady burning red light to thefront of the vehicle....think back to most police shows that take place in California. Now, thats not...
Last summer I was in Las Vegas. We had a rented Tahoe that was a flex fuel truck. I got the bright idea to fill it with E-85 before I turned it back in to the rental company and save a few bucks on the fill up! Well, we kept it an extra day and I went from 19 mpg to about 14 mpg on the tank of...
A couple of weeks back, I saw a hunter 's F-150 for sale.....it had a CUCV type brushguard fashioned to the front of it...... maybe you could make that work.
A couple of weeks ago, I passed a 'convoy' of about 7 vehicles on the interstate. There were 4 armored up humvees all in tan and 3 CUCV type new Silverados. Green paint, brushguard and camper type shell. All of the personnel looked to be 'undercover', or special ops. I would guess maybe NAVY...
Just a quick report. I have had Line- X in my pickup for about 3 years now. Looks good, with no chipping or peeling. Line-X sprays on the thickest amount....and has a real nice lifetime warranty. It is of such high quality that the military used it on structural beams when they rebuilt the...
There is a very nicely restored version of the Pullman Troop Sleeper at the Baltimore and Ohio RR Museum in Baltiomore. It is in the old roundhouse at near Camden Yards right downtown. They ususally have a few Military displays throughout the year. In November they had living history...
When I used to be a volunteer rescue squirrel, we had lights mounted in the same fashion on our crash truck Ford F-450 with a compartment box on the back. The lights were big halogen units that were mounted to a pole, which attached to the front corner of the box. For clearance issues, they...
