Thanks for the reply. Yes, I have been calling it a Blazer, that's pretty much all that it is. Took a quick look, the cold motivated me to hurry, my quick look resulted in no find of a sticker, just the standard door plates and optional equipment sticker in the glove box.

Well just with what I looked at so far it would be close or over what I paid for the truck to get a new axle and regear the front or get new axles all the way around, so not sure how I'll handle getting a new axle unless it's just a junker 10 bolt. Mind you I never messed around with axles...

Thanks for all the replies, didn't think this would make it to 3 pages. Well I tried to fix it myself, didn't work. I can't get the broken axle end to move so I can get to the c clip, so for the time I'm giving up on just changing the broken axle. So now I guess I'm exploring axle options...

It was in 2H. It wasn't bouncing at all, the tires were barley moving if at all. I wasn't giving it much throttle, just enough to try to get it to move. I guess I should also add, the left tire dug down about 21 inches and the right tire dug down about 8 inches, not sure if that means anything...

Negative, I pulled the return line off of the injection pump and shot air thru it to bleed it. Done it before a few times and worked well with no troubles, think it may be something with the new base its self, tired 2 bases and had now luck untill I put the old base back on.
