I think you can replace that relay with a standard starter solenoid from the Oreilly. Like this.

This will have to be confirmed by those more knowledgeable than me, however. search for "doghead cucv starter relay mod" or somesuch.
that's the starter relay that switches from 12V ignition voltage to 24V starter/solenoid voltage.
a pic of the connector side would be easier to identify.

you would need a voltage regulator for the fuel solenoid (12V) the glow plug module, and the starter relay input.
The alternators are both 12V, but they're in series, so you should get 24V out of them.

I can't say that everything is clear to me on this. When I look at the diagram it sure looks like the seatbelt buzzer is in parallel with the cold advance temp switch (rather than series), but if it works it works...
