Gringeltaube, #1 is a stud, but I'm pretty sure # 4 is a bolt. How many studs will I need, and how many bolts? The transfer case did just have the cover over it. Also, I called Memphis Equipment about the studs and the guy in parts didn't know what I was talking about. Does anybody know...
I can't see how all the bolts are going to go back in those bolt holes. On a couple of them it doesn't even look like there's enough room to put the bolt in to start it, let alone room to twist a wrench around to tighten them up. Any tips on the trick to getting them all in?

Upon the recommendation of some of the fellows here, I recently ordered an 1/2 inch earthquake gun on eBay, however I only paid about $ 20 for mine. If you go to the search on eBay and type in earthquake gun it will go right to them. They have more for...
There is an oil line fitting coming out of the transfer case pto that faces towards the cab when installed, what does line that comes off that fitting connect to? The manual on cd (fig 14 pg 37 of 52) shows the line going off somewhere, but to where I don't know. I also have a section of what...
We thought about moving the entire bed back on my truck but are going to cut approx. 30" off the bed behind the cab. Will still give me enough length to haul log length trees home to process into firewood. Got my HIAB k-boom on ebay for $ 2500.00.
I recently purchased a Hiab knuckleboom that I'm putting on my deuce to sling firewood into the bed with. Got it on e Bay. The guy I bought it from said it should be able to lift a car, which is good, since I do demo derbies, and scrap is very high right now.
Is there some trick to removing them from the bed? The posts look like they should slide up and out. I almost threw out my back ('') trying to lift them up. Could it just be that they've been in there forever and won't come out? Plan B will be to bust out the Sawzall and cut them off.
I insured my deuce today with Geico. Told the agent I plan on using the truck for going to the dump, getting firewood, etc. Basic 100k-300k, no limit on mileage. $ 127 for 6 months with deduction for government employee and defensive driver discount.
Got my deuce yesterday. 1972 non-turbo. I'm planning on putting a knuckleboom crane behind the cab for my impending firewood business. I purchased one on ebay that I still have to go and pick up. Markings on side indicate it used to belong to the Navy. It came with a trailer that I am...
While looking in a salvage yard for a knuckleboom I saw an M35 truck in amongst the other junkyard queens on the lot. From what I could see of it there is no winch, no cargo bed, hardtop, only intact glass is driver's front, yard boss says it runs great. It's located in Catskill New York at B...
