in that case. I made an aluminum spacer block to space out the stock CTIS valve out and built new valve mounting plates. I used the longer CTIS hoses that are used on the rear axles to give me more flex in the hoses.
I have been building and customizing military trucks full time for about ten years now, most of you are familiar with my work as A&H Recon shop. over the years I have converted a bunch of 5 ton trucks to 1600s. This is what I found. Since M939A2 series trucks have out bound drums you don't need...
thank you for the words of confidence guys. I am working on finish some customer's projects before the holidays so I am not sure how much I will get done this year, but I already am working out some kinks.
outpost I will keep everyone up to date on the progress. All in all it is a good truck, but that last 10% in build process is the hardest. If you get back into the hobby please, let me or Chris know. We can point you in the right direction.
well, I hope the third time is a charm with this truck. I am the third owner and The truck is No 450HP rocket ship. The whole truck will need to be double checked but there already huge issues. The stacks looked cool but they almost killed me driving home. we had to cover over the holes so the...

You can put a bit of air tools oil in the valves, but it sounds like the Original post was about one wheel locking up? You should follow the advice about freeing up the wheel, cleaning the drum as well. If that doesn't work the wedges will need to be cleaned and regreased.
If that wheel sticks repeatedly after you break it free and bust the rust off. Then you will need to tear down the wedge assemblies, clean them and lube them good. I have found the LMTV/FMTV don't have enough grease in the wedge assemblies and they will stick.
