Yes, that's what I meant. You have lots of air but not a large concentration of oxygen. Also the nitrogen part will bring down temperatures some from its cooling effects. Don't go crazy or it will get hard on head gaskets. Nitrous is like a bottled turbo except has less finesse.

Would something like nitrous be better. Seems like the 250 have all the fuel they need, but they could use more oxygen.

So I have been looking for a truck to use around my farm and found what I believe to be an m51. The data plate says mack and it has a 6 cylinder gas engine. Is the rest of the drive train the same as the later trucks? Should I stay away from it? I searched this sight and Google and I don't see...
You guys are really making me want a wrecker. I found a few on the inter Web but the closest I found is 245 miles away.

I'm jealous. I have been trying to decide between a duece and 5 ton for use on my farm. Congratulations and hope you have a safe uneventful trip home.

I am looking at this truck on gl what do you think. I like that it has low hours and really like the paint skeem. My father was a truck driver in the air force when he was young so thought it would be extra cool to find an airforce
I know that this is useless without pictures but I can't figure...
I read one place that said the 427 wasn't a good engine. Is the turbo version any better. The truck is 2 hours away when I go look at it what should I look for. I want to build a mud truck out of this truck but I like the originallity of them. I was thinking about bobbing the back. Any experince...
I am looking at getting a duece. the one i am looking at is listed as a 1954 m35a2 with a turbo multi fuel 427. Most of what i have read says that they didn't make a 427 with a turbo. Is there a place that i can read more about who built this truck and what the axle type would be. thanks in advance
