I was going to buy a hitch to modify for my deuce, but me being cheap, decided to build my own. Here's a pic of it before I got it painted. BTW the bumperetts were gone before I got the truck.
Most receiver bars I've seen are 4000 lb max trailer weight for a 10" drop, there are solid cast...
The oil is coming out of the hole in the bottom of the bell housing, I haven't pulled the inspection plate off to have a look yet.
I've put close to 800 miles on it and its gotten quite abit worse in the last 150 miles or so, I'm wondering what has changed, if there is no seal to leak, then...
Hey, I was about to post a similar question about a leak on my deuce, so I'm reading this one with interest. The leak on my truck is definitely gear oil, I'd know that smell anywhere, and it has recently got quite abit worse, its gone from "oh look, its marking its territory" to just making a...

The most recent is a 3-color CARC camo paint job, the whole thing was covered in black spray-on bedliner when I got it, so I just added the green and brown over the top of...
I figured that this one would be a good starter deuce for me, I could really screw it up and not feel too bad about destroying an original. I already have thoughts of bobbing it and maybe adding another steering axle, but I think I'll have fun with the 6x6 for awhile.
Its already got a few...
Just a new guy here, saying hi, and to show off my deuce that I got a week ago.
I was told that its a 1971 Kaiser, I bought it off of ebay, it was only about 60 miles from me. It was from a farmer that was going to convert it to a sprayer truck, but lost interest in the project. Its a M35A2...
