I just noticed a leak coming from some sort of valve in the middle right below the radiator, it looks like it feeds the front brakes. Mine is leaking and I would like to buy a new one but have no idea what its called.
I have a m1009 full camo that was painted recently by owner before me with Sherwin Williams C.A.R.C. It is now peeling in a few spots and was wondering if anyone knows a paint that is a close color that I can touch it up with, I don't want to use the Sherwin Williams paint.
I tried searching but couldn't find my exact issue. I will drive straight and go to switch a lane and its fine until I go to correct the wheel back straight. When I start turning the wheel it gets tight for a second then almost breaks loose and the truck jerks. Today it got a sort of death...
my axle was out of the truck, with both wheels off the ground turn one wheel and let the other side do whatever, when I turned one side the spider gears would rotate in the carrier which then lined up the slot for the pin to go back in, I hope this helps!
I don't think you can be more right. I love my M1009, but she gives me trouble, but everytime you cruise with the windows down makes everything worth it!
I am sorry if this has been posted before, I tried searching but couldn't find anything. I am changing my rear diff fluid and was wondering what it takes. I have a 86 M1009 with the gov lock (gov-bomb). First, does it take 80w90 and if so synthetic or regular and do you need any additive for...

First off, I have searched the forum and did not find anything close enough to my issue. I have an 86 m1009, I have an on and off issue with my turn signals. Daily, i will lose my signals and hazards and then they randomly come back. I have all other lights working and no dummy lights on the...
Sorry, i mean't the running or low beam of the bulb in the front turn signal and the flashing for turning which is the high, my truck lost turn signals, i replaced the flasher unit on the fise box and it worked but a light was still lit on the dash saying my right turn signal was constantly on...
turn signal issue sounds like what i had, flasher unit is out and the light socket is messed up on the side stuck on, check and see if you are getting power to both low and high of the turn signal socket
Last night I had my truck hooked up to my trailer since i had to rewire some lights, after an hour or so with the light switch on my truck in the running position, the lights suddenly shut off, I started the truck and battery voltage is fine, i then pulled the switch and the headlights came on...
