    M915a4?

    I have a couple,Ill try to figure out how to put them on.I may have been wrong on the wheelbase,but I still think a 2000 gallon tank is doable.They are close.Arkansas forestry is getting both variants in now too.

    M916a1 Picked up today

    My FD just put a tank on a M916 a1.It will run 60 at 1900 rpms,it seems comfortable there.I estimate it would top out around 65.

    Here are our tank dimensions.First off it is mounted on a flatbed,but the tank is as long as it.The measurements are 6 feet wide 4 feet tall and 12 feet 8 inches long.Off of the back we have a box that drops down that is roughly 2 feet wide and 2 feet tall .It hangs 1 foot below tank level.

    My FD just put in service a 1993 M916 a1 as a tanker.It has a 2335 gallon tank on it I believe they are the same wheelbase.It is a perfect fit.I love it we have one particular hill that is an 11% grade and it has no problems staying right behind the pumper it is responding with.The Jake brake is...
