also i read on the cucv wiki that the m1008 and m1009 are the 1984 model year if thats so then why are there 1986 and 1985 m1008/9 for sale?

its not the actual 24v system that is confusing, its replacement alternators that are confusing

that alternator stuff is confusing. from what i understand the alternators have to be rebuilt? because the autozone ones ( which are for a cadillac?) suck?

buying from them seems very complicated
