Jw if someone could save me time looking through TMs on my computer and tell me where exactly is my airbox drain and what it looks like. Im sure its full of stuff by now. Tia!
I searched thru the forum but really didnt see anywhere that described the cost of a rebuild. My DD of course has blow by and slobbers out alot of watery oily stuff. Im sure a rebuild would help. If anyone has any info I am in the Ohio area. Tia.
Ok. I guess i misunderstood the gen part. I have reg batteries. 6 tls are pricey. Too bad about the cargo cover, near impossible to find. Prob sell the doors to pay for that m series gen! Looks like a big mess there. Ns why it was do dissassembled. Good luck sorting that mess out! Lol
Is that cargo cover in decent shape? Near impossible to find those and they would be expensive. You might want to look into a rebuild of the generator. Prob cheaper! Its really a basic device (motor). Arts parts ( austin, MN) is always a potential source for stuff.
Im aware. The Goat tires are 6 ply but those available arent usually very good with dry rot. I currently have 10 extras all questionable. Thats why I haul two around with me!!
I wasnt able to find a thread using the search feature. My belt tensioner on my DD353 is pretty weak. Anyone have a part number for it. Im guessing its prob a pretty universal part. Thanks in advance for any help.
Yes they Are indeed from Coker but Summit is near me so they can absorb the shipping. Yes it will be awhile. I'm skeptical about July pickup but I can wait. Not alot if choice if your willing to spend $3k on dependable tires.
Ok. I just cancelled Coker and ordered thru Summit Racing. I can pick them up locally so no shipping!! They say 7/6/22 pickup date. Guess we shall see.
Again, those tires in Toolie Utah have been sitting, im sure, outside for 25 plus years. I dont think there is any way they are decent. They all look good till you air them up and the sidewalls are all cracked. I had some “new” ones with nubs in them still. Sidewalls all cracked.
