I didn't get out to the barn last night to work on the truck, my 2yr old kept me pretty busy and by the time he went to bed I was pretty tired myself so I just elected to get some rest. Tonight for sure I am getting out there for the very least some more pictures for you guys. One thing I...
Well I figure I should start my own thread here. I recently acquired a 1967 M35 (A1). It's in relatively rough shape but that is half the fun, fixing and repairing the ole girl.
It appears at one point it had a heater kit installed, but it is no longer there so I will eventually be sourcing...
Right now mine takes full pedal and about 1 minute of solid cranking before it wants to kick over, then I have to quickly let off the pedal to keep it below 1k rpms. I've replaced the fuel filters and cleaned out the housings(they were bad). I pulled the cover off the fuel shutoff on the IP...
In an effort to help out the rough starting, and since I'm the newest owner of this 67 I am doing all the filters/fluids so I know the stuff is fresh. Then I can turn my focus on to performance and tuning. This was the primary fuel filter contents... There was also an inch or two of goodness...

Just did some thread searching about plate locations because I just got my MV M35 about 4 weeks ago now, and I was thinking to myself "I wonder where people are mounting their plates".
I only read through page 1 of this thread so far, so I'll go read the other 7, but good to know! I'll just...
So recently I had a deal come across I couldn't pass up, so I traded a dirtbike I was selling for a 1967 M35A1/A2?Got it home and now I am working with another member here to look her over and see what I need to source to get it back into shape!Looking forward to learning a lot more on the Deuce...
Okay, so I'll post up here since I should be an M35 owner in about 2 more days. I know Heath, the OP, I'm also living in Kalamazoo. So I just thought I'd say Hi, and I am looking forward to being in the club
