I've been hauling a 1000gal water tank to my home about twice a month for the past year. My tank is about 4' in diameter and 12' long. It barely fits in the bed. I also have a very steep gravel driveway. The only time I have felt unsafe is when I didn't wait long enough for the road to dry after...
I think the tank will fit... but just barely.Below are some pics of the setup.
It's a 1050 gal tank. If it doesn't fit I guess I will have to buy another M35.
I got my tan deuce from a guy in Denver. He said it came from Holloman AFB in NM.
I too have been thinking about using the M109 as a...
RE: Re: RE: TomB
I love the truck! Thanks FMJ!
I think this truck was only driven by a little old lady on sundays to go to church.
Its going ease the pain of selling my tan M35. see avatar.
I did the same thing ... I spewed black speckles all over my wifes brand new white toyota highlander.
oops...
I like the weep hole idea.
I'm not "allowed" to park the M35 close to the house anymore.

I already had a Monarch electric pump from another project so I bolted it to the frame opposite from the air tanks.
This is the pump I used. http://www.piercewrecker.com/12_volt_pumps.htm#PM-319-6P%20Pump
The 6qt tank was just big enough for the one big ram.
It was an easy install. Just one hose...
I installed this kit on my M35 a few months ago. It was and still is on sale.
I used an electric/hydraulic pump.
I wish I had a PTO or pulley driven pump because now I want to run a winch
and some other hydraulic stuff too.

Two recent topics made me think of this question.
The 53" bobbed deuce (sweet) and the stuck in the snow almost fell off the cliff deuce.
If tires were the same...
Which do you think would perform better off road( in snow mud etc).
The shorter bobbed truck or a deuce running singles?
Maybe...
RE: Re: RE: m35 with rear winch ever been done ?
I like the idea of using hydraulics. Thats good advice for me and for sweetk30 who posted the first question.
I was worried about shaft rotation direction and hydraulics would solve that.
I already added a dump bed kit to the truck so some...
I picked up a 10,000Lb Braden PTO Winch a few weeks ago.It came with the drive shaft, winch, and pto.
I think it was from an old Dodge Power Wagon. The PTO bolt pattern is not standard.
I was thinking of mounting it on the rear of my M35 because the PTO shaft input is on the
wrong side of the...
