Gentlemen,
My in-tank electric fuel pump for my 1965 M151a1 finally quit and a new NOS pump costs $350. Has any one replaced their old fuel pump with a 24 volt, in-line electric pump? If so are there any tips on placement or tapping into the existing tank fitting. They sell them on E-Bay for...
Jason,
Yes. I agree too, after some google searching. If I can't find a good take out 25 amp front harness I'm going to strip down my old harness and strip down the 60 amp new harness and along with some straight 14 gage connectors I'll heat shrink my way to a usable harness. I hope.

Got my NOS M151 door frames today and I have never installed any before. Everything is straight forward except where the upper windshield/ top canvas bow comes together. There are two holes on the end of the bow frame an inch apart. Does the vertical door support connect to the second hole? Can...
Thanks Rod,
I also got a picture from another Marine showing where the markings are on two different M416's. One is Vietnam FG with yellow markings and one is camo with black markings. They're both in the same place but the yellow is one line and the black has the USMC above the numbers. It...
