Thanx for the schematics that will really help. UPDATE: I jumped the “raise” solenoid with 24 volts while engaging the raise switch and the bed lifted as it should. So without looking at the schematics yet I believe the issue is a Hold down latch proximity switch or bad wiring for the switches...
Been out of town working , just got back and looked at things closer. It is not fluid or stuck/rusted down. I loosened the hose at the lift cylinder and hit the raise button and no fluid shot out of the fitting so it has to be some interlock ( hold down latches..?) nothing lights up on the...

Gary2 welcome to the super cool trailer club!!! Unfortunately I still have not used mine except for around the yard just tinkering. I have not been able to register the trailer nor my M923 in this POS state so until that happens it doesn't get used much

I will get the proper size Torx, machine a bushing to center it and try it one more time. I am thinking I will be sending the pump to a shop (that someone on here recommends) for the flex ring repair.
m16ty hopefully the image loaded for the description of the vent wire screw. It has to come out before the head comes out. WOW cutting the body to get the cam advance screw out is crazy but I think you are correct it is in there really tight.... thought this was going to be easy. thanks for...
I became the proud owner of an Empire 50 kw with a White 2300T diesel with a Roosa Master DB2 IP. The flex ring failed and the check valve plugged with debris. I decided i wanted to attempt teh flex ring repair myself. I am having trouble getting the vent wire screw and the cam advance screw...
