I think it was a converted generator trailer. Self storing, folding ramps were added somewhere along the line. I like it for the mule. One thing- it tows fine behind a sub-45mph vehicle. I towed it behind my pickup and at 65mph it wags like a happy dog.

Here's the setup. I found this mount at the Knob Creek Range Shoot. They are available and show up on Ebay and Gunbroker from time to time.
