Thanks for the reply. Have tried 3 voltage regulator boxes. still the same problem. Tried 2 Alternators. Changed 4 thermal fuses, disconnected CTIS and ABS. Still problems after 30 mins running after cold???

yellow lights are indicator repeaters, in europe most drivers are blind to Military Trucks! most have them fitted,they show orage to front and rear. yes fitted new rims was originally on 1100x20,
