Hello everyone I just made a video on how I built my M37 thought you may be interested in checking it out also good information on Flathead 251's thank you

The transmission bell housing are identical the only thing you may have to deal with his flywheel and clutch and pressure plate set up if your 251 already has a clutch and bell housing installed you'll be all set, my 251 originally wasn't industrial engine and it had a dual pattern flywheel so...
In my opinion the weakest link in the m37 running gear is the stock axle shafts and the poorly set up ring and pinion/ fiberous thrust washers failure, I'm going to a brand new set of 4.89 gears and it will be set up perfectly my my good Friend bob stahl and also installing a set of foote high...
Hello I am going to put a Chevy V8 in my M 37 this winter I have an SM 465 with a early 70s style bell housing with the open bottom a truck bell housing I was wondering what people do for clutch linkage? I want to stick with mechanical I don't want to go to hydraulic, if anyone has any info or...
Hello I'm looking for either a CDN PTO or a CDN idler gear that I can install in my US PTO does anybody have any leads at all? its for a acme t98 transmission
went to the base of the mountain yesterday to do some recon on getting it out and it had just snowed a foot or so, so i think its going to chill out there for another winter i have a skidder but i need to hike in to get a real good assessment of the treachery hahaha
the rims on mine are just the stock split rims and some old non directional tires but my other truck (m37) has the stock rims but it had radial 315/85/16= 35/11/16 and those tires are maxxis buckshot mudders and they are great all around tires but they don't make the same tire anymore
I have one I just got last year there cool the 251 has more power but the weight of it offsets the extra power haha never the less a cool looking truck
they where in a ton of things like massey combines, Desoto cars, forklifts, bombardier snow cats, Windsor cars, I lucked out by getting a block that was set up for full flow oil I guess only 10% of the flatheads had it so ive heard
I just wanted to talk about the project I just finished in case there are people out there thinking of doing the same thing, I just put a 251 in my m37 that I have been working over all winter. I got a 251 engine last fall, then I started to build it up a bit, I started by balancing and...
ya the 251 and the acme t-98 is a great combo it goes almost as good as my m37 that 251 has a lot of extra weight to haul around it ,must be a real bone with the 230 well I guess it would be like a m43, I just finished building a hot rod 251 for my m37 custom ground cam, rebuilt and balanced...
