I called office max and they said they could do it at $0.11 per sheet of paper.
The paper cost about $35 for 5 bundles of 3 hole paper. Plus another 35 or so for the binders.

Our printer at work is pretty fast. It did about 500pages double sided in about an hour. So a little over an hour for each volume of the maintenance and repair manuals, and about 90min for the operator and other manuals. I think a little over 2,600 sheets of paper.
Finally finished printing everything!
Top binder is the operator's manual, lubrication order, transport guide, CTIS manual, and ABS manual.
Bottom 4 binders are volumes 1-4 of the maintenance manuals.

Will be getting an m923/25a2 sometime in the hopefully near future. Until then I'm reading this and many other threads everyday! And I've been printing off the TM's to have hard copy's that will stay with the truck. Many 1000's of pages but I like paper copies of manuals.
