The material I used I order off of e bay. Called liner X-treeme, I have tried several different brands and this is the best stuff I have found and at a reasonable cost. The kit makes about 3 gallons of spray able material. Comes with 2 gallons of base, 2 quarts or reducer, 2 quarts of activator...
Mine had a good bit of play in them, one side was better than the other but figured if I had them both out I might as well do both sides. Hoping they will be delivered by Tuesday, I have a mechanic coming to replace them on Wednesday.
.. Started replacing my front brake shoes, axle seals and boots.. Then got the axle out and now I need front axle u joints. Damit. Not getting put back together this week.
.. Also installed new tail light lenses covers, new glad hands, front marker lenses covers, and painted the front window brackets in flat black and installed them.
Also installed new locking door handles. !!
. Painted the under body and body in non- reflective flat black and flat desert tan.. The front fenders and front bumper will be sprayed with black bed liner but its not done yet.
I could understand that could be possible. I'll update after the rally because they will be getting plenty of use.. Could always add a few more legs between the ones mounted to the post for support from weight.
Merc1973. Sorry didn't see comment until now. . Thanks for the comment on the Deuce troop seats. I think the trex is a better option for the seats, no splinters or rotten wood and you don't have to worry about the fiberglass getting brittle. I used 9- 12' pieces and that will get all of it...
Thanks. Its been an ongoing project. Hope to have everything before the rally. The troop seats dont go all the way to the front because I have a 100 gallon fuel tank going on each side so I made them a little shorter to get the tanks in.
