Thank you ...That could explain the leak as there were two gaskets with the filter (Wix 51133) The 5119 flat and wide and the 5127 a narrower rubber one. The narrow rubber one is the one that is leaking... the 5119 almost looked too big.
My young friends duece is leaking badly form the front oil filter housing. The filters and oil were changed not long ago so all he needs is a gasket. I searched here and found a couple of threads but there was some inconsistency in the part number for the gasket. I will order one for him but...
I picked up a new flasher unit at the Aberdeen show...unfortunately I can't remember who I bought it from. The only reason I needed a new unit was I had taken the one off my M37 to put on a friends M35A2 whose unit had failed.
I put the new unit it on my M37 and when i moved the signal arm...
I really had tried searching before posting but when I used Parking Brake Lining I got 563 hits. Added + signs same result tried in Quotes and was told it was to common. Any additional search tips would be appreciated.
Still working on my young friends M35A2. Outer parking Brake lining is almost gone inner is thin. There is a local place that does relining but they may ask me how thick...Can anyone help with thickness of new linings??

Since the owner is a young farmer on a budget I guess I will see what I can find in the bottom of teh tank. But since someone had"fixed" it with a steel plate and wire ties I am not sure teh missing parts are still down there. If I can't I will go the $50 route.

I am working on a friends M35A2. She was hard to start and I though it was a fuel filter issue. Replaced the filters and she would fill the primary but not the secondary. Tried to do a pressure test at the tank but the pipe plug in the test port was frozen. Finally rigged up a pressure test...
