Yeah, I haven't had much luck with the cali bmv. Pretty useless. What can I do with a bonded title? Would it ever be road legal? This is bull**** because nothing in the bill of sale says it has to be titled to the address in the re assignment / bill of sale. That is their ONLY problem...
