They were separate events. A CO senator tried to get it passed and the opposite political spectrum gutted the bill and reversed it. Other states actually passed similar bills allowing them around the same time, like Oklahoma. The AM general is as stated above, which is awkward timing and...
After 3 years of hiding in plain sight, I think the DMV caught on. I was trying to renew online and got a different message that I was unable to renew and to contact DMV. Trying to make a difficult decision to sell it, or just live with off road and potential hassles down the line. I have a...
Mine went through the process of a Colorado VIN. I actually paid my local seller a lot more because he went through this process. He had to make things roadworthy, which amounted to backup lights, and prove things worked, then you get the metal tag from the state police. Not saying this...
Could be another thread, but I have no issues with my original run flat tires. No wobble, no shake, nothing. I am eventually going to swap them into new-ish tires I have sitting, and don’t know why I’d change them out for inserts. Have I just been lucky?
Did the idler arm, man, the 18 year olds had the bolts backwards, I almost had to drain the coolant to get them out. And I did one side of tie rods. Think I need to do the other side., and a small toe in adjustment.
I used new stuff, with the old nail then the original retainers. It sticks on one side. I posted it before. I’ll look. Worth it.
Edit: can’t find the manufacturer right now. 1” thick, Mylar on one side. $130 shipped to do the hood.
I see both sides here. Demand will drive up prices. Remember when 5-tons were $2500? eBay is very driven like that too, where a lot of our stuff comes from. We also have some rules on supporting vendors too much (the link thing).
However, I have passed along good deals when it comes along...
Did some maintenance on the truck. Finally got around to changing the front boots on the ball joints. They were ok on uppers, but completely dead on lowers. Everything got new boots (energy suspension ones) On the passenger side, I adjusted the hub to line things up, and heard a clunk. I didn’t...
Ipad native Books has an annotate feature by text, highlight and draw. It also has a magnify one too. No additional money.
I printed my 5-ton TM for fairly cheap using a local chamber of commerce discount, used it a couple of times, and now they sit as I use the search function (yes I know the...
I put on a new top, as the old one’s threading and Velcro was starting to come loose. Finally installed the bed aluminum piece to keep water from coming into the truck. I had a cargo cover on there to keep things dry. But, removed the top and put the truck flap back in time for Colorado to get...
If the low air is flashing, you also should be hearing it from the fail safe, check that too if it’s not wailing. Test procedure in the TM for that low air sensor, but that was also the first thing wrong with mine on the drive home, which failed 10 min into my drive. Not the noise nor the light...
The paper is a good start, but I assume this is in Arkansas from your location. The states guidance isn’t obvious from the website (edit: found it, in a Directives) and this was taken from their restaurant flyer, but I think you’ll have more challenges than what you think. I own two restaurants...
My first top was awful, and had years of neglect sitting at some base, so I had to get a new (used) top. Rust down the back window sill let in water and ruined my battery box, and had to get pieces of the floor welded. Got a new to me top, with new hardware, and I put the original thick water...
