they should work as long as they are not too short. when we mounted all our wenches on our hummv's they set in between the frame rails pretty good. they have the same style gear box and pump. im not sure if the pump has enough pressure though
i just had mine apart today to replace the window. there are 4 screws in the bottom of the panel and 2 in the arm rest 1 to the left of the arm rest 1 inside the door handle and a U clip on the window handle after those are out just slid the panel up and out. it is a pain in the a$$ though
we have switched all our 6.2 out for 6.5's now. our GL here at fort campbell is full of 6.2's now because they are using them here anymore. some of our heavy hmmwv's have serpentine setups and are 6.5.
it was made in 93. most 6.2 in the supply system were being rebuilt after 02. so everyone was getting rebuilds till we switched everything over to the 6.5
yes it should be 7 qts. in it ive been in the army for 14 years working on 6.2 and now the 6.5 we always run 15w40 in them also. i have a 86 M1009 and i run 15w40 in it also
