This was news to me. I didn't get my renewal sticker last Oct. for my 16' tandem axle flatbed, 6500 lb. Gross, utility trailer and went online to find out why and that I had to have a $7. inspection to see if lights worked.
Apparently now all tagged trailers, 4500 lb. gross, need the freaking...

Overdrive, thanks for all the info. I now see Extreme Terrain sells a brake light extension and will help the cause. I have plans to lift the jeep a couple inches and add heavier coil springs. thanks again.
I too was thinking about doing that, but would make the master cylinder upside down on my M116a2. I do have some 3/4" steel stock that I thought about using as a weld on spacer between the hook/donut bar and the actuator.
1st post here. Enjoying the pics. I recently ended up with a M116A2, but don't have the cargo tarp. Any ideas to buy a new or original tarp? thanks in advance.
