Being a former resident of PA for 40yrs most law enforcement is over the top and I have family working State Law enforcement in PA . I stay off of I-81 even in my car take I-81 to 70 to 522 to the turnpike and head into the base the back way.
Just got home from PA sorry I missed that debacle as I was on I81 up to Hershey and back today wouldn't have been able to pick one up as I was in the car . There's plenty of room at my place if you want to detour here I'm home now.
I wash ours with the pressure washer and simple green occasionally to get the tree sap and stains off the tan paint you have to get it off fast or it will stain . Well it will stain a Behr paint job anyway . We sanded down layers of CARCASS and tan rustolem and sprayed it with Behr and now touch...
Congrats good for you and your truck I know the locals here with there don't drive in the rain vehicles weren't to happy when we were awarded a trophy for 2nd place at a Memorial Day event . We didn't get invited to the next local car show. We found out that the ATHS shows for tucks are cooler...
We missed Graves Mtn after planning early this year we get back from a family beach vacation on the 16th with torn axle boots we can make it but would stay out of the mud. I did get an offer to help replace them but just haven't had time due to work.
Would the spare parts I have acquired for the 923 work on the 817 such as windshield glass and spare doors? I know it was very easy to obtain new super singles for the 923 how about Tires and rims for the 817 I would not single it out but probably replace the ndcc tires with something a little...
The 6 am lets blow the snow off the truck blizzard run with no chains . 7 days of misery waiting for the dozed to show up but made for a great post. Even better was my brother on the phone saying didn't you chain it up ? Hope you can find an M88 tank retriever . Yep what fun in the blizzard got...
No winch and I completely told myself next truck would have a winch , I did look at an M54 with a winch bed had some issues . I can just keep the M923 and use it as the show pice like we do and the dump as the work horse and claim the green disease got me .
Have the oppurtunity to sell the M923A2 and obtain an M817 dump which would save my back from shoveling gravel off of the 923 . I'm currently running 395 super singles and M817 is all original . I downloaded the TM and went back thru the post in the past . I'm looking for good honest information...
