Yea it looks like the casting marks are not even worn off. I found boots and brake pads for 20$ a pice will be in tomorrow then I'm putting it back together

Going straight it sounds fine only when I turn. I took it apart and cleaned up everything the center ball has a pin in it. Is there supposed to be a spring behind that pin to keep a little tension in the joint?

Was going to take the truck for a spin. When I started driving it is made a turn and heard some poping in the hub area. I know I needed boots so started tearing in. Everything seamed free and some what greased. I pulled the axle shaft and I have the ball style. My question is how do I tell if...
OK I got a lot of play out of the system the front had like 20 shims I put the original back in the back and took some out of the front. the shaft spins freely and no up and down movement. Still going to do bearings soon tho.

I have taken some shims out and it has helped a lot.a slight bit of movement up and down but no were near what it was before. If I take shims out of the front will it help tighten it up also.

OK I noticed today that my front drive safe had some up and down movement. Took if off. Took the front of the flange on the axle to look at the bearing it looks good but the bearing race was about to fall out of the axle. Does the race have to be pressed in the axel or does the flange hold it...
Any one have the frame dimensions for a m275 I can all ways figure out the bed just don't want to move the rear suspension
