What did you do to your deuce this week?

Greased up all the Zerks on my Deuce, over, under, front, back, hidden, got them all. My silicon knuckle boots are holding up very well (replaced them last year).

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Took my Deuce to the Phoenix Memorial Day event at the Greenwood Cemetary. 19 vehicles attended from our club (AMVCC). Missing Man flyover, as well as a model airplane club with their scale warbirds from a Curtis Jenny to F-16 turbine.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

How old is your compressor? I got mine in 2005 so it was 14-years old when it gave up the ghost. From what I have read, that is a long life for a compressor. It is actually easier to just run the Deuce compressor than move the compressor out from its storage spot (no where near the power...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I use a shop vac for leaves in my yard (rock yards in AZ) because I can neither mulch or rake & leaf blowers just swirl them around the yard as the wind counters my efforts like a fencing opponent.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

G'day mate! Towards the end of your video where the cable keeps jumping to the left, is it maybe twisted (like a garden hose) so it is trying to curl up? Maybe lock the drum & twist the rest of the free cable to fix that? Also, concerning your cable lube, did you just pour motor oil on it...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I cut the top off a soda can & slide the can over the threads, which protects them when moving the brake drum off the axle. Works great every time. ;)

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Started mine up, pulled it out of the garage so I could check & air the tires (too tight in the garage to get down to air the tires). My Husky compressor gave out early this year so I use the onboard. That also charges the batteries. Checked fluid levels & put it back to bed.

M149A1 Water Buffalo with A2 Tank.

This is, of course, a very late to the party comment, but YOU DID AN AWESOME JOB! I've always wanted one of these go to with my Deuce, but I don't have any place to park it. Enjoy your restored water buffalo!

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Strange, all my photos are right side up, but when I loaded them here, many of them rotated sideways. Sorry about that everyone. Oh, here are the rest that I took for proof.

What did you do to your deuce this week?

My boots both got tears in them so I bought a set of new RockwellOffroad silicon boots to replace them. This was my first time doing the boots so I went really slow & double checked everything as I went. I only got one boot done, but will do the other one on my next free weekend. I got green...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I started putting new rubber on my Deuce (only 1 so far, but slowly changing out). I got newly pressed Coker tires. Yes, they are a bit more than used tires, but since my truck is a tribute truck, I think it look much better with new rubber. Coker Tires for M35A2...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Get a green lens for your backup light & drive with two traffic lights on your tail. LOL!

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Is there a kit or a TM that describes the changes that the USAF does on their deuces so one could make the upgrade on their own?

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Before I bought my Deuce in 2016, I picked up a torque multiplier wrench set. It makes removing tight lugs as easy as buttering my toast! I keep it in the cab under the passenger seat. I also have an electric impact wrench under there to put the nuts back on. Then I have a torque wrench in...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Code enforcement issues, BAH! "My boy, we are pilgrims in an unholy land". - Dr. Henry Jones Sr.

Rustystud, what have I missed. This post shows you as "Banned". What's up with that???

What did you do to your deuce this week?

Went last night to Turf Paradise in Glendale, AZ last night to be part of the photo shoot for our club's 2020 Arizona Military Vehicle Show flyer. Four vehicles showed (including a Canadian Ford F8) for the shoot. Unfortunately, my canvas cargo top tore another grommet out (I just had one on...

What did you do to your deuce this week?

I think you'll need a lot of luck with that setup. Maybe carry a few leprechauns in your cab.:-D:jumpin:

Pros and Cons of zipper boots

Ok, what about this idea? Put the silicone boots on and then put the Chinese rubber ones over that. Silicone boot keeps in the juices and the rubber keeps things that tear away from the silicone. Any chance that would work?

What did you do to your deuce this week?

What tires are those? I thought that tread pattern only came in the super singles size.
