I encourage you all to read the CV4 contract ( DLA Rolling Stock Contract). It has multiple sections on returns of property because the DoD needs it or because of DEMIL Change. Just google CV4R DLA.
Just a thought that could be off base, on dates of sales. If you bought a HMMWV or any other EUC item, the sale isn't final until the EUC is approved. Once its approved that's when our sales are considered approved and final.
Generally speaking a felony will not prohibit you from getting EUC clearance. Unless it involves violating ITAR, or illegally trafficking arms. I've asked TSC this question before.
Spoke with GP this morning. If you have picked up the item, you dont need to submit an EUC. If the item is still on the yard you will need an EUC.

That is concerning. If any of these items were DEMIL Q and an EUC is submitted. The serial numbers need to match for what the actual property is and whats on the EUC packet in Trade Security's Office.
