Am I missing something here? I don't seem to have the hole to insert a bolt to lock out the brakes on mine. Is there another way to temporarily lock them out? I've attached a picture for reference. Thanks for any help!

Mine was awful when I pulled it out to do the ultimate well nut. A few long blasts of brake cleaner worked for me. Cleaned it right out in no time.
