I have the standard O ring kit from CAT. Must be the Military pump thing. Anyone know the gasket number for these two fittings, where they meet the body of the pump? They are appear to be more of a plastic than a rubber gasket.

These campers are a foam / fiberglass composite. They are strong, but need to be carefully tied down to truck beds.

I went pure hydraulic about 3 years ago. No issues. I carry the hand pump, but it is not connected. I use a Haldex electric hydraulic pump. Have extra one for back up AND can connect the manual pump if all else fails. Carry extra hydraulic fluid.
Yikes. Overpriced parts. Is the failure typically the coils or the regulator ? If it is the regulator, this stuff is just not very complicated, it could be replaced externally with a caps, regulating circuit. Are the internals large part discrete or surface mount ?
