    M925A2 Delco Style Alternator

    Not only all of what 74M35A2 said is correct..... A smaller diameter pulley is recommended so it will charge at idle. I also changed out the regulator to produce 27.9 volts. Because I don't the truck down the highway for hours it needed to charge more for shorter runs. alternatorparts.com.

    CTIS Pneumatic Controller Question

    CTIS problem I had the very same thing happen to me after alternator install. One thing I did notice was that the voltage is only one half volt lower than OEM voltage. Now I have air leaking from both of my axle vents while its trying to inflate.

    I also found this switch broken on my truck as well. I just bought it..... Awesome info here and great contributors... I also have a low pressure switch leaking on my top tank. Should I buy 3 of these Supco SLP90120 switches and wire them in and be done with all that? Thanks...

    Filter or Centrifuge

    Been doing this for 5 years now. Centrifuge is the only way to go. Filters are VERY messy and very stinky.... Also pick up a metering pulse pump. Max 1 gallon per hour. Also pick up a inline heater to preheat the oil just before going into the centrifuge. Centrifuge will clean oil down to...
