Any 7", preferably the E-Code Hella,Cibie,Marchal etc. housings will fit. The only special part is the 24V H4 bulbs, and I found mine cheap on ebay. I used cheap no-name E-Codes @ $15.00 a pair on my M35 and spent $28.00 for 4 24V Hella H4 bulbs.
Les Schwab tire stores sell tubes & flaps.
I spent $19.50 per tube for the 9.00 X 20's about three months ago. I didn't need flaps but they said they had them in stock.
On the switch, I used a metal toggle that looks like the stock heater fan switch. The dash already had a hole by the hand throttle. So, I put it there.
You could, If you don't care to mount a switch in the dash, add it to a homemade bracket (angle stock) bolted to the lower lip of the dash...
I don't know about the rest of you but, for me backing up at night is a major pain while off-roading.
So, I scrounged up a small 24V halogen light and installed it where the trailer plug goes.
A real simple job. I unbolted the trailer plug and set it off to one side. Then, I used a small piece...
When you take off the "can" use some carb cleaner spray to get the gunk out drain valve.
I had to disconnect the fuel line from the fuel tank because the siphon effect kept the fuel flowing through the line.
Also, I wondered about the filter sizes too.
The one I got from Saturn Surplus is...
Trango,
If you go for the dual hydraulic system, you can add an adjustable brake proportioning valve.
It would probably be needed on the master used for the front brakes.
Here is a sample of a Brake Proportioning Valve...

Yup, I really like Saturn Surplus. I bought over $400 worth of misc. deuce parts about a month ago and I will always try them first on parts. They did not have everything I needed at the time, but what they had was reasonably priced. Plus, they respond to email.
When I sent out emails to five...
Well, we got em' switched. What a pain it was. At least it is running again, a little rough but, running.
Recovry4x4, I could not find the specific one dealing with the pump when I was searching but,I did find one that had enough information to get the job done.
I used the word "multifuel" in...
My neighbor's deuce injector pump doesn't work and needs to be swapped out with a good one.
He has another pump, so we took off the front cover at the front of the engine to look for some markings to line up the pump to the gears.
We did not find any markings on the fuel injector pump gear...
No, you can't switch the bearings around. The I.D. on the inner most bearing is larger than the outer one.
The front axle is the same set-up as the rear (Same bearings).
So, I would mount the rims like the picture posted and call it good.
