I looked into other Timbren builds with flimsier bases. It supposedly has held up to on an off road use.

Replace pintle with ball hitch
Widen inner fienders to 50+ inches
Grind and paint frame and box
Steel trailer wheels and load E tires
New wiring and led lights.
