Yes it adapts the new ctis valve to the stem in the rim. The ones current on my truck are all one piece.

Anyone have a line on these? I'm being told buy distributors that it is "military restricted"? I see 2 on eBay but $22 bucks seems steep.
Spicer PN 6773994
I used this one, https://memphisequipment.com/Seal-Kit-Air-Hydraulic-Cab-Pump-FMTV-LMTV-p4647.html
It's not 100% complete but it worked well for my pump. It no longer spits oil out of the exhaust. The kit does not include the thick clearish main seal.
Something to consider. I had my truck on jack stands and took it up to speed without tires just brake drums installed. I know this was super sketchy. I still felt some vibration at high speed even with freshly rebuilt and balanced drive shafts and “new” gears. I’m not sure how this will play out...
Just got my high speed gears in a few weeks ago. I had my driveshafts rebuilt as well.
Here is a video is with my new rear section. Still had the paint on the gear teeth.

Hope that helps

Anyone have a source for 4720-01-439-5076 #32? Mine is chaffed and worn through in a few spots.
I'm thinking about using one of these in 4"
Silicone hose
After lots of research I used 3M 740 UV. Paintable sandable and extremely durable.
I "wet set" into a bead then sealed the recess around the cover as well as the new 316 ss bolt heads.
Mine is not the most elegant but it’s done. Which is a plus for me since the punch list for this build is huge. Also it is SOLID. When I loaded the winch it didn’t even flex.

Right now no where. Not sure what I am going to do with them yet.
As the cab tilts there is about 3/16" between the mask and the corner of the winch box.
100% no. I had to get special "U" shackles to fit. The winch is stuffed in the box and the box is very close to the lugs. I don't intend...
Got the box welded in and the winch bolted up. Tested it yesterday, it pulls the truck up hill no problem. Now I just need to pull the winch out to run the wiring and make the cover.
I was talking about that with one of my machinists today. I’m not sure that I want to limit that tub from twisting. By the way it’s designed it seems like it may be engineered to flex. Which is why I’ll weld the gussets and one bead along the bottom. Hopefully not interfering the torsion flex...
Final fitting, mounting holes drilled, slot cut and weld prep grinding today.
Still need to make the cover which should end up flush with the top of the bumper.

I’ll post the drawings when it’s done. I could even fab them up if people are interested. But I want to abuse my set up first and make sure it’s robust enough.

Because I didn’t find much when I searched for info.
Got a warm 18k severe duty winch for a good price off eBay. Take off from an MRAP.
Planning on 100% bolting the bumper to the winch box and welding the winch box to the torsion tube. That way the bumper can be removed if it gets damaged...
Got mine off amazon. Seems to be pretty good quality. The only modification I made was adding spiral wrap on the cord after the heat shield to protect the wire from abrasion.
