    And that's exactly what it was, that K7 fuse is part of that charging system. I swapped it out, tested the output at the Slave receptacle and sure enough it was reading that 28+ vdc, thanks for the input.

    Chance are your relay is bad. Your drash would crank run and shut off because your batteries might no be getting charged. I'm not 100% sure but I had an issue once like that in the field, we jump started it, fired right up then ince removed the jumper cables it died. Tested the DC voltage output...

    Hey guys, quick question. What prevents an 803A from shutting off after you've manually tried using the main (S1) Switch ?
