    There pumps fail primarily in two ways. They leak fuel at the throttle shaft or they won't start when pump is hot. Losing power is a fuel starvation issue. How is your fuel filter?

    Paints and plastics are the same. You can polish your BO lenses using the same process that you would use for clear coat. Or, if they are only hazy, wet them with water.
