If you have a WI title in hand, you can get plates in WI. But you either have to apply for collector military plates or (if you want to actually drive it when you want) register it as a personal use med/heavy truck. For ME, that meant 500 bucks for plates. I can live with...

My 813 runs about 20500 empty.
