12 Circuit Wiring for lighting

I have a PO installed 12 V converter in my rig that powers up some "makeshift" roadworthy-esque lighting.

I am very interested in picking up a Hot Rod type 12 circuit wiring harness and running a parallel 12V system to relamp and put some turn signals, etc. on my rig.

I did a brief search and didn't find a comparable project.

Any pointers/advice/help would be greatly appreciated.
