14.00 on a 5ton

If I put 14.00-20's on my M54, can I use standard combat rims on front or will I need Hemmit wheels in front to keep from rubbing on turns?

Normal combat wheels will do you fine. You need hemtt wheels with wheels for 1600s. 1400s are getting hard to find as one new 1400 may cost you what you can get two 1600s for. As well as future mishaps with tires you may not be able to find one in the future if needed. They are drying up in supply
