Filter housing is leaking and fuel preheated not working. What is my best way to fix?I understand this is a common problem. Any input would be helpful. Thank you.

I would look into the Stanadyne FM100 swap. Filters are super cheap and you can add whatever accessories you want (IE heater, water light etc.)
